The ‘Don’t Be That Someone’ (DBTS) project is all about you. It’s not about statistics, or the government, it’s about you.
The aim of the project is to inform young people, through a wide range of approaches, about the dangers of drink driving, and to help you make better, more informed choices – whilst spreading the word.
A lot of positive things have happened since the campaigns inception, and DBTS would like to thank everyone who is supporting this campaign. Our latest documentary is now available to view on this site, and we’d like to know what you think.
The first documentary illustrates the devastating effect that drink driving can cause on individuals, families and the whole community…so please watch it when you can.
The second short documentary are vox pops of young people that DBTS stopped in the street. This was to spread our message and to find out how much you know about the dangers of drink driving…
Have you ever gotten into a car with someone who has been drinking? Have you ever driven after drinking yourself? Do you know someone who has been injured or killed in a drink driving collision? Then we’d like to hear from you….
Don’t Be That Someone needs your input. If you have a story to tell about how you’ve been affected, in any way, by drink driving or want to help actively change things, then get in touch.
If you have further ideas about how you would like to be involved, or how we can spread the word, then let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
We need you to tell your friends about the dangers of drink driving. We need you to spread the word about this campaign and we need you to tell us how you think this campaign could raise more awareness about the dangers of drink driving.
Take a couple of minutes out of your day to look at the two short films on this website and let us know what you think here on https://www.facebook.com/DBTS1 . It could change someone’s life.
On a final note, if you want the DBTS campaign to visit/be delivered in your School then please let us know!
